Mr. Uddhab Shiwakoti is a distinguished professional with a Master's degree in Philosophy, specializing in Corporate Ethics. With nearly two decades of experience as a visiting faculty across various university programs, he has imparted invaluable knowledge in areas such as Research for Business, International Business, Business Environment, Human Resource Management, Good Governance, and Strategic Management. With a remarkable 18-year background in Trading and Investment within the Nepali Capital Market, Mr. Shiwakoti has cultivated a profound understanding of the financial landscape. Former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Arun Securities Pvt. Ltd. and a Director at several investment companies, he brings a wealth of expertise to his role. At Property Wizard Limited (PWL), Mr. Shiwakoti serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. His responsibilities extend to steering strategic initiatives, nurturing robust industrial relations, pioneering innovation in digital stock trading and settlement systems, fostering productive connections with regulators and stakeholders, and exploring potential avenues for regional and global business expansion. Mr. Hari Prasad Wagle is an accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Property Wizard Limited, a prominent broker firm. Formerly, he served as CEO at Equity Venture Company Pvt. Ltd. and as an Independent Director at Kumari Capital. Mr. Wagle boasts 18 years of stock trading and investment acumen in the Nepali Capital Market. His role at PWL encompasses strategic planning, industrial relations, business forecasting, day-to-day operations, and risk management, including technological and operational aspects. He closely collaborates with the Chairperson, Board of Directors, and internal management, steering innovation and ensuring seamless business management.

Formerly Chairperson and Trading Head at Sumeru Securities, now leading Stock Trading and Regulatory Compliance at Property Wizard Ltd. Exceptionally skilled in investment and compliance.
Mr. Indra Bahadur Dangol

Mr. Indra Bahadur Dangol is a seasoned professional with a Bachelor's degree in Management and two decades of expertise in Nepal's Capital Market. With a rich background including 12 years at Sumeru Securities and 8 years at Thrive Stock Brokerage House, he now contributes his prowess to Property Wizard Limited. He excels in Depositary Participant Service, Documentation, Reporting, and Trading.

Mr. Ujjwal Shiwakoti is the Head of Admin. and Finance at Property Wizard Limited. Holding a BBA degree, he brings a fresh perspective to the Capital Market.
